Tired Foot Gel
RELIEVES BURNING, TINGLING OR SWOLLEN FEET
Silky smooth Tired Foot GEL applies easily and dries quickly. Peppermint provides relief for tired, burning or tingling feet. Bergamot and cypress have anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties to help deodorize the feet, reduce perspiration and promote elimination of bacteria and fungus normally responsible for athlete’s foot.
Tired Foot GEL is best applied after you have cleaned and dried your feet thoroughly. For hot, swollen, burning or tingling feet: apply up to four times daily.

Arnica montana - Arnica improves local (peripheral) blood supply and accelerates healing It is an anti-inflammatory agent and increases re-absorption rate of internal bleeding. With its deep penetrating and healing abilities, it is one of the best remedies for bruises and sprains and in relaxing sore and tired muscles. Arnica is valuable for muscular aches, especially after sport and heavy exertion. Arnica improves peripheral blood supply (in extremities ie hands and feet).
Cirtus bergamia - Bergamot acts as an antiseptic for skin care, especially for acne, oily skin and skin infections. Its anti-viral properties make it ideal for the treatment of cold sores.
It relieves anxiety, tension and depression and is the most valuable essential oil in mood uplifting.
Cupressus sempervirens - Cypress is very astringent - it contracts small blood vessels and decreases perspiration in hands and feet.
Lavandula augustifolia / officinalis - True Lavender heightens the action of any other oil that it is mixed to. It also acts s an analgesic for sharp and piercing pains. Lavender is an excellent healing agent for burns. It has analgesic, antiseptic, antibiotic and anti-viral and cleansing properties
Melaleuca alternifolia - Tea trea has been proven by main stream medical research as an effective agent against bacteria, fungi and viruses. It is a potent immune stimulant and is especially helpful when patients take long to recover. It stimulates the growth of healthy new cells.
Mentha piperata - Peppermint clears nasal passages and sinuses. It invigorates, stimulates and sharpens the brain for clear thinking. It is cooling, deodorizing and has insect repelling properties
Oreganum majorana - Marjoram has a warming and analgesic action. It dilates arteries just beneath the skin to produce a feeling of warmth improving mobility of stiff joints. Improved local circulation carries away toxic wastes causing the pain in arthritis and gout.
Pelargonium graveolens - Rose geranium is especially valuable for dry, sensitive aging skins. It balances sebum production, soothes and tones the skin. It aids tired swollen feet
Citrus paradisi - Grapefruit encourages fluid loss and aids detoxification. It helps to relieve fluid retention and cellulite, especially at localised areas. It is mentally enlivening for lethargy and aids poor muscle tone
Bad foot odours:
- At the end of the day: Wash and scrub the feet until absolutely clean, cut toenails short and dry thoroughly between the toes. Then, apply Tired Foot GEL, covering the whole foot area especially between toes and close to toenails. Leave feet to dry completely. Walking bare feet for at least a few hours per day to air the feet is strongly recommended.
- Morning: Apply Tired Foot GEL and leave to dry completely before putting on shoes.
- Midday: Reapply Tired Foot GEL – it can be used over stockings at work or when traveling.
Swollen feet: Apply generously to feet, ankles and lower leg. Elevate the feet and rest a while.
Tingling or burning feet: Apply liberally and massage with circular movements to the whole affected area. Keep feet above the sheets on a pillow (at night) and leave to dry. This is a regular problem that diabetics experience. This gel is very popular amongst them.
Sweaty hands and feet: Apply during the day for relief.
Heavy swollen legs (varicose veins or fluid retention): Apply to the legs using light strokes, never over varicose veins always above ie nearest to your heart.
